Privacy policy.

This page explains what Gestion Morin collects on this site, why, and what is not collected. It is written in plain language, as Quebec privacy law requires.
What is collected
Only what you enter yourself in the quote request: your name, phone number, email address, and your answers to the six questions about your portfolio. Those answers are picked from closed lists, not free text.
Why
To call you back and prepare that call. That is the only use. Your information is never sold, rented, traded or used for advertising.
Who receives it
The request is sent by email to Gestion Morin only. It is stored in a database accessible to the company alone, hosted by our provider in the United States: your information therefore leaves Quebec, under equivalent contractual safeguards.
The technical fingerprint
To prevent automated submissions, the site keeps a one-way fingerprint of your IP address. A one-way fingerprint cannot be turned back into the original address: it only serves to recognise that one source is sending too many requests.
How long
Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the file and follow up. You may ask for deletion at any time.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and does not track your browsing across other sites.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Write to the address below and the request will be handled within the deadlines set by law.
Privacy officer
Under Quebec's Law 25, the person with the highest authority in the company is responsible for the protection of personal information: William Morin, president. Any question, complaint or access request goes to the contact details below, and will be handled within the deadlines set by law.
